How releasing trapped emotions can help Fibromyalgia

Deep within the recesses of your cellular memory, there is an untold story, which is waiting to be unfurled.

In our go-go, rush society, we all too often ignore the signs of our body and the plea of our emotions.
Our body holds our patterns and at some point slams on the brakes of our physical/ mental/emotional well-being, and gives us the enormous opportunity to slow down and finally listen to our bodies. I believe this is very much the case with Fibromyalgia.

Our genetic story

We each have an emotional genetic story within our cellular memory, that is passed down through our family lineage. I refer to this story as the ‘Emotional Blueprint.’ I believe, that the body is the last to let go of the emotional experience. A person can seek psychological help for many years and still be riddled with chronic pain and the same emotional issues that are triggered over and over again.

The root cause

I also believe that imbalanced emotion, experienced repeatedly, is often the root cause for physical disease and pain.

In my practice, I teach people how to release those cellular memories and have had the enormous pleasure of observing clients experience relief from fibromyalgia pain.
