Now is the Time for your Mid-Year resolutions



July is a perfect time to think about Mid-Year resolutions. This mid-point in the year offers a unique opportunity to plot a new path in your life; it is the month when many people take holidays and a break from the day-to-day routine. You can use the break from your normal routine to reevaluate who you want to be and what you want to accomplish.  Even if holidays are not in your immediate future, you can use this time in the summer to reflect on the changes you want. You can dedicate this extra time to yourself and to your goals.


Regardless of whether you reached your New Year’s resolutions or not, you are not the same person that you were six months ago. You have changed, learned new things and gathered new experiences.  Given that you are no longer the same person as you were, it is reasonable to consider reevaluating your January goals.

In summary, now is the time to reinvent yourself into the person you want to be.
